We handle your valuable mails and packages in accordance with USPS DMM D042.2.6 since USPS will not forward or return mail without payment, and will not accept a change of address. You have your own duty to change of address for each sender.  

 

In order to avoid any missing mails for you, we offer you a mail forwarding service after the service termination. With this service, you could receive your mails at your cost for ONE month after the service termination. You need to maintain your forwarding deposit balance to get the service and the forwarding cost may vary upon the service frequency and the service carrier you choose. 

 

We return all left mails and packages to sender upon request, delinquency, or no mentioning after mailbox closed.
