We can forward your mail and packages wherever USPS Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS delivers. To reduce your shipping costs, we can consolidate your items into one box as a single shipment. You can also set up automatic forwarding on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. For international shipping, we are required to verify the contents of the packages for customs declaration.


On your account page: Once you click on the date, you will be given three options for each piece of mail: Scan, Forward, or Shred. If you choose Forward, you will be offered four ways to ship your mail and/or packages: USPS First Class (under 1 lb only), USPS Priority, FedEx (or UPS) Ground, and FedEx Priority Overnight. Please refer to the shipping rate chart for standard shipping rates.


To avoid delays in processing a shipment, your account balance must be sufficient to cover the shipping charges. This balance is also used to scan the mail.
