3. Agree to the Terms and Conditions, and submit your order
4. Make a payment for your rental. Paypal® charges monthly from your account. There is no long-term contract. You can cancel the subscription at anytime.
5. (Optional) Make a deposit for mail scanning and/or mail forwarding at our payment page through Paypal®. You may make this deposit at anytime.
6. Mailbox in USA (MIU) will send you a confirmation email with your mailbox number.
7. Print, fill out, and submit the following forms; PS-1583 and Acknowledgement (CA-17538.5) on our download page. On the File Download page, an instruction for the PS-1583 form is available for your help. Please do not forget to notarize PS-1583. Each individual must fill out PS-1583 and Acknowledgment if there are multiple mailbox users.
8. Send the completed forms and copy of two forms of ID by mail to:
